John Savory’s Eggs are laid by brown hens at Highfield Farm in Norfolk to the Soil Association’s Standards. The hens are kept in low density, mobile housing with daytime access to green pastures on a rotational basis.
They are fed on a certified organic diet which gives a natural, lighter coloured yolk with excellent flavour.
John has a long track record and used to supply my wholefood shop in Dereham in the 1990s.
